In the primary school
In order to sensitize our students to the importance to take an active part in the development of the community, the Oasis school proposes projects of Community and Service starting from the primary school.

The main project of this year is organized around the environmental protection. This project is the many years' working outcome on this subject. Indeed, during the school year 1998/1999 we set up a project of selective sorting of the waste.

In 1999/2000, we had the honor to receive Mrs Nadia Makram Ebeid, Minister of the Environment at this time who spoke to our students about the importance of the struggle against the pollution and the environmental protection. Further to this meeting, we set up to the school the selective sorting of the waste by the students thanks to garbage cans of various colors (red for food, green for the plastic and the orange for the paper).
This project continued during the following years.

This year we start a new project in collaboration with the Embassy of Canada in Egypt.
